4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — until wagering requirements have been completed

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted

4.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Technical Issues

jbaji is not responsible for an active bet being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or device issues. In such cases, the game's internal log will be considered the final evidence.

• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%

• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

The opportunity to move to a higher tier depends on regular active gaming activity. Cashback is calculated automatically each week and awarded with applicable terms and conditions. jbaji reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jbaji platform:

• Depositing funds through fraudulent or illegal means (including money laundering)
• Using another person's account or payment information

• Attempting to find security vulnerabilities in the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses
• Harassing or insulting other users
• Assisting minors in participating in gaming

If such activities are found, the associated account will be permanently closed and all funds will be confiscated. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.
